I brought an extra gatling laser so I could repair Vengeance, but I didn't need it. Save Point Lookout until you're high-level, as the enemies there are quite tough. I recommend playing The Pitt and Operation Anchorage around level 8-14, because the loot from the Pitt is good early to mid in the game, but you find better stuff later. So keep this in mind, when going to both The Pitt, and Mothership, bring only the essentials, so you can loot as much stuff as you can.

For Fallout 3 on the PC, a GameFAQs message board topic titled 'DLC order'. Honestly, play them in whatever order you want, but I'd save Point Lookout for end game play because Point Lookout can be pretty hard if you don't know what you're doing. After you finish, you get Power armor training, and a bunch of stuff. I haven't.done them all yet, but start with Operation Anchorage, the quest is 'Aiding the Outcasts' or something along those lines. There's no best in Fallout 3 which is the beauty of it it's an open world game where you can choose your own path to adventure. Someone said to me to wait till level 30 to do mothership, so that's what I'm doing.Pappy002 01:22, (UTC), In my opinion you should do Broken Steel straight after the Quest mission Take It Back!, when Broken Steel is finnished move on to Operation Anchorage, The Pitt, Point Lookout then finaly Mothership Zeta.

I know one of them continues the game after the main storyline. You cannot go back through Mothership or Anchorage, and only to an extent in The Pitt.
